As Director of Operations, Emily is the go-to for turning big ideas into actionable strategies. With almost twenty years of client services management experience, she’s the one who keeps our team efficient, compliant, and always a step ahead.  Before joining RIA Group, Emily helped grow operations at both independent and institutional firms, building systems that scale and teams that thrive. Now, she’s helping us do the same.  Emily holds a degree in Business Marketing and Management and is passionate about building a culture where collaboration, innovation, and accountability aren't just buzzwords—they’re how we do business.  Outside the office? She’s a travel lover, avid reader, and proud family-first kind of person.
